RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
We do our best to deliver your items in good condition. In the event that they are received defective or damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of item(s) to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org complete with your original order number and reason for your exchange or return request. We will review your information and forward via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item(s).
Please do not return ship the item until you have requested a Return Authorization (RA) Number and we have acknowledged your return authorization.
To be eligible for a return for any reason, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned item received within 14 days of the date of the RA provided. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. You will be asked to provide photographs and other supporting documentation in some cases.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment less applicable shipping and handling, re-stocking fees and return shipping charges. We except returns only when returned within 30 days of purchase and are in new and unused condition. If you prefer to receive store credit it will be in the form of a gift certificate for the cost of original item minus return shipping costs if applies.
Standard shipping charges will apply for all “free shipped” non-defective items. In the case of an exchange of a damaged item that has been authorized for return by us with an RA number you will not be required to pay shipping on the replacement item(s).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned which include: Wallpaper, Furniture, Pillows, Throws, Lighting, all custom items and final sale items.
Finish / Color Notes: Descriptions of products displayed on our website are provided by individual manufacturers. RIVER NORTH assumes no liability for the description or variance in color, texture or minor imperfections not meeting with customer satisfaction other than a manufacturer-verified defect. In some cases we are able and happy to provide finish samples and or fabric swatches for our products. Please email us your requests and we will provide whenever possible.
